Minister LAs

"When your parents' deepest struggles become your own inheritance, breaking free from the chains of family trauma can feel like scaling an unsurmountable mountain. The weight of generational mental and emotional illness often bears down on individuals, families, and entire communities, creating a cycle that seems impossible to escape.

"BUT THERE IS HOPE!" (health.clevelandclinic.org).

  • Psalm 39:7: “But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in you.”

Welcome to my site! I’m LaCherie Armour, also known as Minister LAs, an author, licensed minister, professional storyteller, research scholar, truth teacher, mentor, and voice Artist. Sixteen years ago, I began an incredible psychotherapy journey, with the "Great Physician," Jesus, as my therapist. He guided me through my deepest pain with the healing power of His word, and now I’m excited to share my journey with you. This year marks the 10th anniversary of my book released in 2016, and to celebrate, I’m offering a 10-month personal growth and spiritual development class in 2026, that includes 18 free sessions! No catch! Free! While purchasing my book, "Emotionally Unstable: (Growing Up Without My Daddy)," is encouraged as we go through each chapter together, it’s not mandatory. And joining my Healing M.E. Dynamic Group Discussions Community through paid $ubscription is totally optional too. —Let's transform our lives together!
