Drawing inspiration from my book, "Emotionally Unstable: Growing Up My Daddy," we will confidently delve into the ways our past experiences have a profound impact on our present relationships. Just as illustrated in the photo, it is absolutely crucial for both men and women to take the steps to release the trauma associated with past attachments that may be holding back from experiencing true emotional freedom. Together, we will confront these challenges head-on, empowering one another as we decisively pave the way toward a more stable, fulfilling, and emotionally enriched future.

This journey is personal. It's not about fixing the other person, neither is it about fixing yourself.
